Mike was a member of the Sedona-Verde Valley Board of Realtors' Professional Standards committee for 10 years, council person for City of Cottonwood for 8 years, and 2000 Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce Pride Day award winner in the field of real estate. Currently, Mike is an AAR Professional Standards Committee member, certified mediator and ethics instructor, and served on the Sedona-Verde Valley Association of Realtors' Board Of Directors, and recently received his At Home With Diversity designation. Hi. I'm Carol Anne Warren. I was born in Prescott, AZ, 48 years ago. My oldest son & I moved to the Verde Valley in 1977, and I've lived here ever since.
I have been selling real estate full time for 19 years, and obtained my Real Estate Broker's license in 1997. I specialize in residential homes, lots & acreage. I'm a Certified Feng Shui consultant, an e-PRO, an ABR, an ASR, an MRE, and an AHWD, and recently completed the stringent requirements for my GRI. (What does this alphabet soup mean to you, our client? It means that I care enough about your best interests to keep taking classes.) I am also on the Arizona Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, an AAR trained mediator, an NAR trained At Home With Diversity instructor, and an AAR Certified Ethics Instructor. I am also our Association's Fair Housing and Zipforms instructor. Why do I do all of this? Because it makes me a better REALTOR. I am very aware of how vital my job performance is to you, the client. Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest things that we ever do in life - this property holds your hopes & dreams & your family's future, so it's important that I do a good job with it. Real estate is not a hobby or a diversion - real estate is how I make my living. Real estate is how I pay the bills & tuition, real estate puts food on our table. About me: I have 2 sons, 2 grandsons and a granddaughter. (Ask me about my grandchildren!). My oldest son, his wife & 2 boys just moved home from Maine, where he graduated with a teaching degree. He is now the art teacher at Cottonwood Middle School. My youngest, home now from a monastery in China, (Yes, really.) is an EMT for Verde Valley Ambulance and the father of my granddaughter. I'm unbearably proud of all of them, and hope that they become self-supporting sometime soon.
